Honestly: the flight does not pay for itself
At $1,342–$2,208 all-in against $1,500 at home, travelling for hifu / ultherapy (face & neck) on its own does not clear the cost of getting there — the treatment is too cheap, or the trip too short, for the travel to pay for itself. It makes sense bundled with something bigger on the same trip, or if you are in that city anyway. We would rather tell you that than sell you a flight.
